When you sign up for UnionMesh, we collect basic details to create and manage your account. This includes your name, email address, and chosen password. For educational programs starting in late 2025, we might ask for additional information like your experience level or learning goals to personalize your journey.

Usage Data

We track how you interact with our platform. This helps us understand which features work well and which need improvement. We collect:

• Video projects you create and edit
• Export preferences and format choices
• Time spent on different features
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address and general location data

Content You Create

Videos and media files you upload to our platform are stored securely on our servers. We don't peek at your content unless you explicitly share it with us for support purposes or make it public through our community features.

How We Use Your Information

We're not interested in selling your data or bombarding you with unwanted messages. Here's what we actually do with the information we collect:

We occasionally send emails about new features or educational opportunities, but you can opt out anytime. Critical account notifications still come through though, because you need to know if something important happens with your account.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in data centers that meet international security standards. We use encryption for data transmission and storage, but honestly, no system is completely bulletproof. That's why we also implement:

We keep your account data for as long as you use UnionMesh. Project files stick around for 90 days after you delete them, just in case you change your mind. After that, they're permanently removed from our systems.

We don't sell your personal information. Period. But we do share limited data with specific partners who help us run the service:

Service Providers

Cloud hosting providers store your videos. Payment processors handle transactions. Email services deliver notifications. These companies sign agreements promising to protect your data and use it only for the specific services they provide us.

Legal Requirements

If Vietnamese authorities or international law enforcement present valid legal requests, we might need to share information. We'll push back on overly broad requests and notify you when legally allowed to do so.

Business Transfers

If UnionMesh gets acquired or merges with another company, your information would transfer as part of that deal. The new owners would still need to honor the commitments made in this privacy policy.

Our educational programs scheduled for autumn 2025 and early 2026 are intended for adult learners or teenagers with parental consent.

The date at the top shows when we last revised this document. Continued use of UnionMesh after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

UnionMesh might link to external websites or integrate with third-party services. This privacy policy doesn't cover those external sites, and we're not responsible for their privacy practices.

When you export videos to social media platforms or use integrations with other tools, those companies have their own privacy policies. Read them before connecting your accounts.
